Well, we did it again. Today our Quiksilver Hometown Hoodies site is being honored with a Site of the Day award from DESIGN LICKS, a site which spotlights the best sites on the web around the world. Creativity, usability and attention to detail are the key to being rewarded by the Design Licks team.

Travel along with David Clark, Travis Rice and Dane Reynolds as they return to their hometowns and share their early influences. The new site includes videos featuring each athlete, photos of their hometowns, and the full line of Holiday 2009 products.

The team at Omni Group, makers of the very cool OmniGraffle and OmniPlan applications, have been prototyping a new application for the iPad. They got pretty serious about it, but we love the attention to detail and UI experimentation! Check out their iPad UI Design Session.

Launched just last month, Cuker Interactive's new Quiksilver Cypher Boardshorts site was recently honored with a Site of the Day award from DESIGN LICKS, a team of talented web designers who spotlight the best sites on the web around the world. Everyday hundreds of websites apply, but only one website is awarded the "Site of the Day." Previous winners/sites this month include Toyota Prius, Sony Ericsson, U.S. Air Force and more.

The new Quiksilver Cypher Boardshorts website incorporates HD video, YouTube integration, and a more advanced video player, as well as fun elements that capture the light-hearted spirit of Quiksilver's current ad campaigns.
